Delivery Information
Standard delivery within the UK is FREE. If you would like to receive your order sooner then we will happily arrange this for you.
Below can be found the delivery costs and times:
• Standard Delivery – FREE (delivery in 3-5 working days)
• Royal Mail First Class – £2.00 (delivery in 1-2 working days)
• Royal Mail Special Delivery - £5.00 (delivery by 1pm next working day)
• Royal Mail Special Delivery - £10.00 (delivery by 9am next working day)
For Royal Mail Special Delivery a signature will be required.
In all cases any package that is delivered when you are not at home, and that will not fit through your letter box, will be returned to your local post office for collection.
International orders
If you would like your order to be delivered to an address outside of the UK please call us on 01202 733222 or e-mail us at enquiries@kite-kids.co.uk and we will be pleased to quote you a realistic cost and time for delivery.
No Quibble Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, should you wish to return it for any reason (within 14 days of receipt) we will be happy to either exchange your garments or give a full refund (excluding any delivery charges) provided that the garments are in their original condition and with labels intact.
To enable us to process your refund/exchange please include your name, address, invoice number and reason for your return. Refunds will be credited to the card on which payment was made.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of postage for returned orders. Please note that it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that goods arrive safely.
